Our Mission

Together with our Mendocino Works partners, we will contribute to the self-sufficiency and long-term success of those we serve through our organization. We will act as a catalyst for continuous improvement in the economy of Mendocino County, for both its businesses and the people who comprise its workforce. In doing this work, we will enhance the future of our organization as well as the quality of life in our community.

Since 1992, has provided employment, training and community resource services to job seekers and employers of Mendocino County.
