MPIC programs provide job seekers with the tools they need to find employment.

IT’S ALL ABOUT HELPING YOU:
1) Identify your interests, aptitudes, and skills.
2) Use Labor Market Information to discover current wages and projected demand for employment.
3) Determine your best options for a lasting/full time career goal.
4) Asist in setting employment goals and create a plan to attain
these goals.
5) Provide tuition assistance for education and training related to
your employment goals as funds are available.
6) Provide workshops on:
a) Creating an effective resume
b) Interview Skills and Dressing for Success
and many more.​​
7) Provide paid Work Experience and paid On-the-Job Work
experience with local employers.

And most importantly, work with you and local businesses to find you good paying, long lasting employment and self-fulfilling careers.

MANY WAYS MPIC CAN ASSIST Employers and job seekers:

1) Host job fairs and hiring events.
2) Provide a pool of vetted applicants for job openings
3) Provide assistance with applicant screening and participate
on initial interview panels.​
4) Provide businesses employees through MPIC Programs' fully
and partially paid Work Experience and partially paid On-the- Job Training programs.
5) Provide assistance when downsizing may be needed including
referrals to other agencies that provide counseling service,
emergency loans and other business and economic
development services, information on EDD Workshare
program, and more.
