MPIC has been providing job seekers with the tools they need to find employment since 1992. We have an average of 1300 job seekers a month utilizing our career centers.
The job search tools we have available include computers with internet connection that allows the user to access online job listings, complete your resume, research careers, educational programs, labor market and much more.

The online employment and career resource is the Virtual One-Stop. Use this site to look for work, complete up to 10 online resumes, and set up a Virtual Recruiter that will email you new jobs daily. Click on the Job Search Button to the left to be instantly directed to CalJOBs​

A Working Connection hosts a variety of workshops designed to train job seekers on how to look for work.

Resumes
Building your resume is just one part of the application process. A Working Connection and the Career Point Mendocino partnership offers various resume labs to assist our customers with developing their resumes. It is important to target your resume to your audience. There are several types of resumes: developing an electronic resume, a key word searchable resume and a printed resume to hand employers. All are equally important.
