MendoLake Youth Works staff works with the individual to assist them with development or an educational or employment plan. Some of the services or activities used to accomplish this goal include:

• Develop job readiness and occupational skills

• Achieve work retention

• Strengthen interpersonal skills

• Develop and build networking skills

• Job leads / Development

• Paid Work Experience or Internships 

• Mock interviewing

• Customized education to assist with obtaining a high school diploma

• Tuition costs

• Adult School
