UKIAH COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES The Vision Statement for the Ukiah Center Council The Mendocino Works One Stop in Ukiah is a collaborative of human service agencies. These agencies provide universal access to the vast array of programs and services in our community. Integrated services allow the business community and general public to access needed services regardless of which one-stop partner they initially approach.
